Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your session with no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session, your deposit is non-refundable.

What do I need to bring?

Outfits: Wear an outfit that reflect your professional style or the roles you’re targeting. Try to avoid logos as they can distract from your performance.
Backing Tracks: Email your tracks in advance or upload them via WeTransfer.
Water: Stay hydrated to ensure your voice is at its best.

Can you recommend any places to purchase backing tracks?

To get the best out of your session, we recommend sourcing high-quality piano or backing tracks. Check out our trusted partners

Be sure to email or upload your chosen tracks to us via WeTransfer at least 24 hours before your session.

How do I pay for my reel?

A 20% deposit is due to be paid by card at the time of booking to secure your session. There is the option to pay the entire balance by card at the time of booking should you wish to do so.

The remaining balance is due at your session (cash and card payments accepted).

What should I prepare before my session?

The most important thing is knowing your track inside out. Being comfortable with your song (timing, structure, etc.) makes all the difference. High-quality backing tracks are great, but if you’re unsure of the timing or structure, it can slow things down and impact your performance. Make sure you’re confident with your material so we can focus on capturing the best version of you.

How long does it take to receive my finished reel?

Our standard turnaround time ensures you get a polished, high-quality reel within one week of your session.

However, if you need it sooner, we offer a Same Day Delivery option – perfect if you’re working to an audition deadline or need to submit your reel ASAP. There will be an option to purchase this add-on, along with additional studio time, within the booking form that can be found on the Book Now page.
